I live in a cozy 2 story, 3 bedroom townhouse, 1 bedroom currently used as an office as I work from home. I have ducted air conditioning upstairs and a split system downstairs. My bathroom was newly renovated August last year and my kitchen has had a couple of changes/upgrades in the 10 years I have lived here. I am not 100% sure what my internet speed is but I upgraded my plan a few years ago so not your standard base speed, I also had fibre installed from the street to the house last year so internet is mostly reliable. I have Netflix and Prime video on my TV and many DVD's
The townhouse is in leafy area with several gum trees etc I have a small backyard with a deck and barbecue, with a larger front yard that is enclosed and fairly private, it is currently a work in progress as I am paving a small area for table and chairs and maybe fire pit, this will be finished by the time of the sit.
