Individual or couple who is used to or familiar with looking after acreage. No current pets, but own pets welcome if they don't chase livestock. The property consists of 300 acres, of which most is leased out for horses and cattle. No responsibility required regarding this. The house yard, sheds, vegetable garden and orchard are part of the house sit. Large ride on Kubota mower available, familiarity with use of one of these would be an advantage. 3 Bedroom home with large outdoor deck, wood fire pizza oven, solar electricity. air-conditioning main bedroom only. Low maintenance. Main duties would therefore be to look after the vegie garden, the fruit trees and staying on top of the mowing around the house, driveway, and around the sheds. Please, no smoking inside if you're a smoker. Accessible dam, can be used for swimming, paddle boarding and fishing but no power boats.

Half an hour from Yamanto, or a bit further to Boona, and close to the great walks at Cunningham's Gap. Because of the location you need your own transport.

Room for motorhome/caravan if needed.
