We have an older cat that would like some company plus some goldfish in a pond that require feeding daily. We have a 3 bedroom townhouse with a small court yard and a few potted plants that will need watering. Walking distance to the beach and shops. We have stairs up the the living area and bedroom and the town house is in a complex of 14 others
