There aren't many requirements other than look after our home please. Water indoor plants; check vegetable garden irrigation system once every few days; harvest vegetables and fruit and eat as much as you can as food ripens; and keep bird bath topped up daily is as complex as it gets.

Our home has solar panels and a battery, is well insulated with double-glazed windows, and therefore doesn't draw a lot of electricity from the grid. It has a large underground rainwater tank and so we use relatively little town water.

It's a 700 m walk to the centre of town.
