The person or couple need to be over 55 years of age, love dogs and have experience with young dogs. Molly is a Labradoodle x Bordoodle and approx 6 months old. She still needs some coaching with her manners and long walks each day to wear her out. She loves to sit on your knee and have a cuddle, but just as happy to sit on her own and chew a toy.

We live in a lifestyle resort, more spacious and open than any other that we've seen. The area is quiet, with a Woolies, BWS and chemist close by. Laurieton is just down the road and Port Macquarie about 25 minutes away. Our garden consists of potted plants in the back yard, while the front is maintained by the resort.

We would prefer Molly not be left alone for more than a couple of hours, but in the evening is fine if you wanted a night out. She is crate trained to sleep in it at night.
