The requirement is for an individual to be resident in our home, ie not absent all day working and to look after our cat.

The house is located in a rural location, the property being 50 acres in size surrounded by local farms. It is extremely private, peaceful and quiet with abundant bird and animal life. The property has extensive gardens and mature trees.

The house is a small but cosy cottage with all usual amenities.

The beautiful country town of Trentham is a few minutes away and provides all the facilities such as an excellent little supermarket, Bendigo Bank with ATM, cafes and pubs and retailer shops.

20+ kilometres in any direction are the townships of Daylesford, Woodend and Kyneton full of thriving local businesses with Castlemaine and Maldon a little further.

1+ hour drive away are the larger townships of Ballarat and Bendigo.

The final dates are open to limited variation, to be agreed upon.
