We live on a ~10 acre property with 2 dogs, some chickens, and two cows. We work from home so the dogs are used to company around the house most of the time, but are crate trained and can go up to 4 hours during the day in their crates.

The house would suit a small family, single, or couple. The spare bedrooms and home office will be set up for you. We are on rain water, have a wood heater and outdoor fire pit area for those cooler nights, have an exercise room (treadmill, attack bike, bands, weights), Netflix, Prime, books, board games, and coffee machine.

A green thumb may enjoy pottering in the garden, but it's certainly not required, and there may be some fruit / vege ripe for you to enjoy! There's also the stock of jams and other preserved foods already made are you're more than welcome to.

This would suit someone who:

- works or studies from home most of the time (or retirees!);

- loves dogs and feels competent to manage them for this time period (including walks and some play in the afternoon);

- loves a bit of space, peace, and quiet.
