We are looking for a dog lover to stay at our property while we are on holidays and take care of our 12 year old, tiny cavoodle. She is a gorgeous girl - elderly, quiet, super friendly and loves a cuddle. Short walks are her favourite and not needed every day.

She does however have diabetes and requires an insulin injection twice per day (after breakfast and dinner).

We therefore a looking for someone who can provide a reasonable level of routine in respect to being at the house in the morning and evenings to give her the injection and feed her at a reasonably regular time. The house sitter must therefore also be comfortable with giving injections. No experience is necessary and we can provide some very simple instruction, but if you are not comfortable with needles, then this might prove a problem.

We can provide free accommodation in our studio apartment which is located at the back of our property. The property is very conveniently located close to central Dee Why. You can walk to shops, restaurants, pubs, the beach and key transport links. You are free to use the pool on the property.

The studio apartment has an open plan space that has a double bed, lounge, dining table, full kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available on the street or in the drive of the main property.

We'd love to hear from you if you are looking for some free accommodation around this time on a lovely property in a great location and are able to provide the love and care to our much loved pup.

We will be asking for references and previous house sitting/ pet sitting experience. We will ask that we meet prior to our departure just to make sure you are comfortable with Macy's care. You are welcome to stay a few days before or after the dates we have specified as necessary stay dates.
