Requirements

I have an inside cat which will need feeding. She has cat biscuits every day and wet food every second day. I will leave enough food and cat litter for the duration of my trip.

Most of the garden is reticulated, but the sprinklers are turned off for winter. You will need to turn them on once a week if it hasn't rained, and water some pots.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment about 10 minutes to the beach by car and walking distance to both Herdsman and Monger Lakes.

It is fully furnished and the kitchen has all the equipment needed, but I do not have a microwave.

There is both reverse cycle air conditioning and a small space heater in the second bedroom, which I also use as a second sitting room.

There is Wi-Fi. This is a gated building, I will leave the clicker to open the gate and my car park will be available.

Second bedroom

Bathroom. Front load washing machine. There are 2 drying racks on the patio which is waterproof so easy to dry washing if it rains.

This is Pixie. She is very sweet but can be a little shy. She doesn’t always like to be picked up, but she will come and sit on the couch with you.

Kitchen. Has 5 burner gas stove with oven and exhaust fan. Appliances: kettle, toaster, stick mixer and fridge. Plenty of pots, frying pans, bowls and containers.

Outside terrace. There is another sitting area and 6 seater dining table. The entrance to carport is directly outside the gate which is key locked for security.
