This is not a pet sitting position.

This is not suitable for a family.

It would be most appropriate for one man with own caravan or Motorhome.

Mostly low maintenance garden during winter with fallen palm fronds to be taken down over bridge to backyard for burning.

Backyard will require minimal rideon mowing now while grass is not growing, but with arrival of warmer weather the chances will increase to weekly, which usually takes me about an hour. There is a whipper snipper available but probably not needed to be done, unless you love doing it! Small areas of lawn at back and side of house may need to be done and front naturestrip.
