We have a substantial and modern passive solar home on 1.25 acres just south of Coffs Harbour in Middle Boambee valley, 10 mins from Coffs and Sawtell. A very serene and pretty location, privacy reassured. The large house has most mod cons and NBN fibre to the house with strong wi fi and wired connections.

We have 1 British blue cat, Henry and yellow Labrador Banjo who will most likely go into a local boarding kennel, We have a well established garden that would require some watering as October can be dry but stormy. Otherwise everything is in top condition.. Mowing is not required..

Everything is within 10 minutes including airport, shops, numerous beaches. Mountains and state forest just behind and west, the ocean to the east, ample birdlife and cows in back paddock. Sawtell and Bellingen not far and Dorrigo rain forest is just up the mountain.

We are very house proud and give our pets quality time. Our preference is for someone who works from home, retired or is home more than away and enjoys nature. Need to have experienced pets as part of your life. No smokers please
