I need a housesitter in mid May, for approximately 10 days to care for my elderly dog, my 2 cats and my house while I visit family in Tasmania. No of days and dates are flexible, but I must be home by May 18.

* Housesitter

- Needs to be a responsible mature adult or couple who are non smokers.

- Good references, a current police check and housitting experience is essential.

* Animal Care - ensure they’re fed twice a day and keep their water clean and fresh. The cat litter tray requires regular cleaning

- Poppy the dog is 16 but thinks she's 8. She's a little sweety, who loves everyone and hasn't a mean bone in her body. As Poppy is quite old she can’t be left on her own all day. She’s ok alone for several hours, but can’t spend the majority of the day alone everyday. Someone who works from home regularly, or is a retiree/ semi retiree would be ideal.

- The cats are Opi, a 7yo affectionate ginger boy who loves cuddles and pats, and Betty my 6yo old very sweet but slightly crazy floof princess.

* House care:

- keep the house clean and tidy

- collect the mail, and do the bins

* Yard work - limited garden work required, except maybe watering my pots if needed
