Look after 3 bedroom home with 2 bath rooms, no pets to look after. Minimal garden care and a person will come and mow the lawn for you. Some pot plants will need watering but we will have them in a group on back verandah. Nambucca Plaza shopping centre is a 10 minute walk and there is an IGA supermarket, butcher, a cafe, chemist, a Millers dress shop and a bakery reopening next week. Also a Pizza Hut, and a Magic Noodle for food, then there is also a Cinema 3 screens and a Laundromat, Op shops, Reject Shop and a sports store.

The main shopping street of Nambucca Heads 3kls away. Beautiful boardwalks and cycleways.

Fishing in the river is 200 metres, surfing at beaches approx 4k. Bowling club, RSL club and Golf clubs within 4 kilometres as well.

Fenced yard and if a dog comes we'd like it to be outside.

Start and end dates can be a little flexible.
