Two bedroom house (third is office, can be used as a bedroom, as needed) - double bedroom and one single; have solar power and new heat exchange water unit. A/c to common lounge and main bedroom, carport and limited gardening and watering (external lawn management is limited - required to check, due to weather conditions, on water meters regulators ); in main street and close to library and community facilities; not much traffic; close to Mildura (Vic; 25 kms) main business and health facilities.

No pets to look after but able to handle limited pets outside, as arranged.

Free Internet will be left on and password provided. House is security monitored with external security company.

Large block entrance via back gate for possible parking of caravan for length of stay.

Will be overseas from 1st April 2026 for about ten weeks, back for a few weeks and then back oversea for same period; therefore sitter can carry over to another period as needed; sitting can be for periods of 6 to 11 weeks to suit sitters, Due to health issues they are not able to come back and do another stint.

Last two sitters were fantastic who gained employment in local schools and become parts of the sports community. They stayed for over fifteen months and really looked after the property with occasional garden care - do have a gardener who moves and general care every four to six weeks.

Owner will leave for o/s aid work by end of March 2026 so some early consideration is needed of a possible sitter.

Generally there will no real costs to the sitter (s) but possible consideration of a nominal payment for electricity only will be discussed, as needed.
