I have a 3 year old Border Collie that has daily walks. Property has a small fire trail that he walks regularly and a number of other trails just outside the property well away from general traffic. Can be on lead or off.

I also have 2 cats, they are outside all day and only come in at night to be fed and stay in garage overnight.

Cats are not permitted in the house. The dog may come in but only in a specific area. He is outside most of the day and also at night on a covered and enclosed area. All animals are very friendly.

Maintain the house to a clean and tidy standard. Lawns can be mown but is not essential.

House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Laundry, kitchen, dinning, lounge and study. plenty of off street parking.
