I am now going away for less than 30 days so I will not require a house sitter.

This has been my first attempt at acquiring a house sitter so it is new to me.

Just sit the house for insurance purposes (need someone in the house if longer than 30 days) and to take care of a cat.

I would like to personally meet the sitter so they could come here for a few days first.

After I get home I may go to Queensland for a short time so the stay here is flexible.

With the house being vacant for just 30 days I really do not need a sitter but it will be better for our cat.
