Requirements
Two bedroom renovated duplex with a creative and quiet soul. There are no pets but pets are welcome, however there is no pet door.
There is a large deck with Boston ivy for shade in Summer, BBQ, long driveway with capacity to park behind a gate. Walking distance to creeks, lake, cinema, train, bus, tram and supermarket. There is a variety of indoor plants that will need to be watered usually dependent on air temperature. It will be Autumn.
