I am looking for a sitter to house sit.

The house is in the picturesques village of Perth which overlooks the beautiful south esk river. The house is in a quiet area and is three years old.

The house is beautiful and warm and has an heat pump and has a sunny aspect with big windows.

I'd prefer someone that has their own transport.

I would like some one that loves dogs.

The dog name is Charlie and has a wonderful nature and loves people. He loves walks and is mainly a inside dog.

Charlie is a King Charles Cavalier.

I have a single car port.

Would like some one that keeps the house clean and doesn’t mind doing some garden, watering pot plant, cutting the lawn when needed and the odd weeding if it needs it.
