We are seeking an experienced house and dog sitter for our large suburban house for the period that we are away. The start date is flexible but at least a day to familiarize with house and dog is required. The sitter may be single or couple, but of modest habits (non-smokers only).

The house is located in a quiet, tidy neighbourhood with easy access to transport, shops and facilities. The sitter(s) will have full use of the house which includes;

- excellent kitchen with dishwasher.

- full bathroom

- laundry and dryer

- large smart TV, surround sound, DVD. Audio system.

- WiFi.

- private terrace.

- BBQ.

- access to an extensive library and music collection.

The main reason for the sit is the dog. Lucy; she is a Staghound X, 1 year old, of excellent disposition (is very friendly) and loves her tucker. She is sort of trained and resides both in and out side.

We will require our sitter to;

- maintain the house security.

- feed and exercise dog; walk or to dog park for her mates. An hour at the park with her friend Maggie etc will see her resting until 5pm dinner time.

- maintain the garden as necessary, especially watering the garden and the herbs for your use.
