House sitting and taking care of two elderly (17 years old) cats, one of whom requires medication in his food each day.

The cats have a cat door on timer so come and go in and out of the fully enclosed back garden during the day but stay inside at nighttime.

Two litter trays inside that would require checking and cleaning out fully at least twice in the month. We also have some fish in a tank that would require feeding once per day.

Off road car parking for your car. Air conditioning/split system throughout the house. Multiple streaming services for your viewing pleasure. Internet and home office set up. Ten minute walk to local shops, cafes, parklands and train station and buses.

No smoking inside please.
