This is a flat below the main house, but it is completely private. The house is on an acre with many old tall trees. There is one cat, who is not particularly loving, so she just needs to be feed. I have three chickens who will have to be put away and released in the morning, although the electronic door makes this easier. I am not going to allow access to my bedroom, so there is just the fold up couch to sleep on. So the flat is only big enough for one or two people. There are plants that need watering and one mow of a quarter of the property would be appreciated. The flat is close to the Yarra river and the shops and cafes. It is a beautiful property.
