The property is a split level spacious townhouse in a quiet court just 3 mins drive to the Albury CBD and near the base of a low range of hills with lots of bird life, many of whom visit the feeder on my balcony . I have a 9 year old female mini foxy to be minded and who is used to sleeping in bed with the owner of visitors. No special needs for the property or the dog but the sitter must be a dog lover and have good references ,
