House sitter required that is comfortable with my elderly 77 year old father to remain in his living area within our home. He has seperate facilities but does share the main kitchen.

We have 3 dogs 1 dingo, 1 greyhound and 1 moodle (my dads).

None of the dog's get walked as dingo has arthritis and greyhound does zoomies on our 1 acre property.

8 chickens are not free to roam and have a large coop.

Coop needs cleaning one to twice a week.

1 acre property. Small lawn to be mowed once a week

Minimal watering as mostly natives.

Vegetable patch is the only area needing watering and maintaining but has vegetables ready for the eating.
