Look after house and 2 mature outside dogs. They are aging but my boy thinks and acts like a teenager. My boy is an 11 year old whole blue cattle cross. My girl is 13, desexed Kelpie cross. The house is an old beach house located 200 meters from the swimming and surfing beach of Old Bar. Located on the main road it is only a short walk to Coles, a fantastic bakery and butcher, restaurants and cafes. Old Bar has an award winning bottle shop, live music at the Flow Bar, a tavern and bowling club, have a courtesy bus. Old Bar offers great fishing from the beach and it’s only a short walk to the southern entrance of the double delta Manning River. A boat ramp to the Manning river is located at Bonock about 5km from the house. The major town of Taree is 15kms from Old Bar. Taree is a major shopping hub annd has hospital and medical facilities. Old Bar is part of the Barrington Coast. The house is small and cosy. The dogs live outside in a fully fenced back yard and will require daily feeding, a walk along the beach every couple of days. My boy may need to have a coat on at night in the colder months depending upon weather. There is a small vegetable garden, depending on the season it may need harvesting.
