We are a secluded off grid property nestled in the bush out the back of beautiful Cape Bridgewater.

We have a very chill and friendly 8yr Kelpie, a very cuddly 7yr cat and 3 lovely chickens that lay eggs every day.

The right person for this property wants a secluded get away in the bush and also has practical skills for the off grid life.

Lighting fires, gathering kindling and a few little quirks around the shack.

All the usual comforts are here with solar power and gas hot water. A big veggie garden will supply a lot of your food as well.

We make regular trips so hope to make relationships with the right people that are keen to come back again and again.

There is beautiful beaches only a short drive away, including stunning Cape Bridgewater beach and many bushwalking tracks all around us accessible from right out the driveway.
