Regarding the dogs there is some clean up to do as one is elderly and senile and the young one is not properly house trained. You don’t need to walk them but may if you wish, they can run in the enclosed yard. 2 indoor cats to feed and water; chooks and ducks to let out and feed and water in the morning and feed and lock away at dusk every night. Home has a large deck, gazebo and pool. Recently renovated kitchen. Internet, Foxtel and aircon. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
