We need someone to care for our house and garden while we are away for a month in August. We live in a 4 bedroom house in a northern suburb of the Gold Coast. It is an easy house to look after. There is an open plan kitchen with a large pantry, dishwasher and gas stove. The living area is open plan, so the kitchen, dining room and family room are all in one large space, but separated into distinct areas. We have an outdoor room outside the dining room and a perfect place to read or entertain.

We are only minutes from the nearest supermarket either a short drive or an easy walk. We are also near parks and there is a bus on the next block which goes to the nearest railway.

We would like either a single person or a couple who are seasoned house sitters, but no children or pets.
