Absolutely stunning modern property in my piece of paradise.

My house is right on the shore of Wallaga Lake near Bermagui with unimpeded access and views of the water.

I’m looking for a non smoking, very responsible, ultra clean and tidy person or couple who would like to come and stay in my beautiful home whilst looking after my cute and very snuggly indoor Burmese cat Matilda (Tilly) and keeping the beautiful gardens watered.

Please don't apply if you happen to have a dog as number one Tilly doesn’t DO dogs and the garden is not fenced.

This sit is for either one person or a couple. Please don’t ask if you can have friends to stay or in fact sneak them in, as has previously happened to me as the answer would be no.

I am fastidiously clean and tidy and would require the house is left in the same condition when you leave as when you move in.
