We have a beautiful home on 16 acres a couple of cows just to keep an eye on and one very spoilt cavoodle to care for. We would prefer a mature person or couple to kick back and relax and enjoy our lovely rural setting. No pets please. Lawn mowing if you are interested, but not necessary. Vegi/fruit patch at your disposal.

Nearby attractions include, Puffing Billy, Gembrook country town, Gumbuya world, Cannibal creek winery and many local country markets.
