We live in a lovely hilly area in Coromandel Valley (near Blackwood, SA) and require nonsmoking, cat loving people who aren't afraid of birds and have generally good mobility. We have two spoilt ginger cats that require feeding three times a day, their water topped up and two litter trays to be cleaned on a regular basis. They are strictly indoor cats with a catio so particular care would need to be taken to prevent them getting out.

We feed the local feathered wildlife - mainly to stop them eating the house - so feeding them twice a day and topping up their bird baths would be required.

Access to our house is via a gravel driveway and steps.

Please note that this is during the school holiday / Christmas / New Year period.

Property is air conditioned (both evaporative and reverse cycle) with ceiling fans and has plenty of streaming services to while away the time. There is space for a smallish caravan / camper trailer and several places to sit and enjoy the lush garden outlooks or beautiful scenery. You would be welcome to use the spa which is located just outside the sliding glass door opening out from the bedroom.
