House sit COROMANDEL VALLEY

We live in a lovely hilly area in Coromandel Valley (near Blackwood, SA) and are looking for a nonsmoking, cat loving couple who aren't afraid of birds and have generally good mobility to live in our home while we have a long overdue family holiday.

We have two spoilt ginger cats that require feeding three times a day, their water topped up and two litter trays to be cleaned on a regular basis. They are strictly indoor cats with a catio so particular care would need to be taken to prevent them getting out.

We feed the local feathered wildlife - mainly to stop them eating the house - so feeding them twice a day and topping up their bird baths would be required.

Access to our house is via a gravel driveway and steps.

(Please note that this is during the school holiday / Christmas / New Year period.)

Our house is air conditioned (both evaporative and reverse cycle) with ceiling fans and there are plenty of streaming services to while away the time if you wish.

There is space to park a small caravan / camper trailer. You would be able to enjoy a choice of places to sit and enjoy the lush garden outlooks or beautiful scenery while sipping a coffee or indulging in a glass of something nice. The rear deck with pergola and outdoor setting has a portable bbq.

You would be welcome to use the spa which is located just outside the sliding glass door opening out from the bedroom.

Facilities nearby include a hotel with lovely restaurant, an excellent butcher, a Bakery (sadly not operating between Christmas Day and New Years), a choice of supermarkets, several coffee shops and cafes, an amazing Indian takeaway and a wholesale fruit and vegetable outlet.

We are also located a 15 minutes drive from the beautiful Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary at Mylor.
