We are looking for someone to house and pet-sit in Richmond in December. There are three bedrooms, one of which is used as an office and for storage. There is a large kitchen/dining and a living room. The location is fabulous between Swan St and Bridge Rd, with public transport, lots of cafes/restaurants/bars etc nearby and a lovely big park by the river a stone's throw from the house. The house itself is pretty old but very clean. We haven't moved in ourselves yet, but will upload the photos when we are in there.

We have 2 nine-year dogs, one male (Buster), one female (Chilli). There is an off-leash park nearby and we would love the dogs to be walked at least once a day (preferably morning and night for 20-30 mins if possible) to keep them quiet and happy.
