Minding a 3 bedroom house with a native garden, some fruit trees and some outdoor pot plants. We have no pets. The house is a modest size but comfortable with solar panels, double glazing, good insulation, a carport and vacuume tubes to heat water. It is in a quiet culdesac with friendly neighbours
