Being a presence in the 8 year old home, 4 bedroom brick, galley kitchen towards the view, large wall mounted TV & 1 in main bedroom; spa bath available to use in bathroom; Reversal cycle aircon; only pets are fish in an outside pond & some inside as well. Watering the garden if necessary & pot plants once a week would be great.
