We have a lovely two story, four bedroom home on acreage about 10 minutes drive from the town of Kingaroy. The local area is quite beautiful, especially throughout Autumn, with some lovely bushwalks in the Bunya Mountains about 30 mins drive away. We have two extremely friendly border-collie x cattle dogs who are two years old who will be at the property and will require exercise/feeding/general care. They are outside only dogs and as we don't have a full fence they live in their dog box when we are not outside working or playing with them. They are trained to walk and follow without leads and when they stay at the local pet motel they bond quickly with the carers and will follow them around without leads. Our home has about one acre of kept lawn and a few large garden beds. The lawn will be kept mowed by our robot mower but the gardens will require weeding, though as we move into winter it will be much less of a requirement. There are dams on the property and some lovely areas to explore but nothing beyond the house yard will require any maintenance and we don't have any farm animals. The home has reverse cycle airconditioners on the main levels but not in the bedrooms, though with the breeze through the house we rarely require them in March and April. The house also has a wood fire place for heating, depending on weather we would start to use this around the middle of May, a wood pile will be present if you would wish to use it.
