an 8 year old miniture poodle that sleeps on the bed, is happy to sleep most of the day. requires a 20 minute (approx) walk once a day. is ok left in house for some hours. an occasional water of gardens if the rain doesnt fall or they look like a drink is necessary. off street parking, secured for average car (carport) with roller door. a pool that is ready for swimming in october.
