Watering plants is the main requirement. Will require being able to unwind a hose (approx 50m) to water the verge planting on my corner block, watering frequency will depend on the weather. Other plants needing watering are on the deck, along the driveway and the front lawn and garden beds. No pets (but the birds will appreciate the birdbath being topped up!) Public transport easily accessible (Obahn), near a lovely park for hiking, walking distance restaurants, pubs and takeaways.
