We have a cat who would love to have someone feed him early in the morning and again at night. He generally sleeps all day but goes out at night for a little wander and maybe catch a mouse. He isn’t a lap cat however he doesn’t mind being petted, and when comfortable with you he will roll over for a tummy rub. Although he spends most of his time on his own during the day he does like company in the evening. We also have ten fruit trees that will need to be watered (if it is dry weather) and a few indoor plants as well. The property is 6.5 acres in size and it’s possible some mowing around the house may be needed - person needs to be comfortable driving a mid mount tractor mower or John Deer ride-on otherwise we can arrange someone to mow. Good internet is provided along with Netflix and Stan. We are located around 18km from Bathurst in central west NSW - the home of Mt Panorama. There are a lot of things to do and see, good cafes and only an hour or so from Orange, Lithgow, and a little further to Hill End.
