We have a large newly built 4 bedroom single storey house located within 30kms of Melbourne City. 5 minutes walk to the shops, bus stop, golf courses, walking tracks and tennis courts. 15 minutes drive to the nearest train station, Southland shopping centre, beaches and all Melbourne's Bayside has to offer. We have a 13 year dog that needs feeding twice a day, played with in the backyard.

There are heating, cooling, internet and Netflix available for the suitable house sitter to use.
