House sitting only. I have a disability ramp and bathroom if needed.

May need to water some veges, but no other maintenance needed.

Have closed in back yard if sitter has a dog, but no dogs on furniture or beds please. No cats as severely allergic.

Plenty of space for a van, undercover parking available.

Small regional town, 2 1/2 hrs to Sunshine Coast or Toowoomba, 3 1/2 hrs to Brisbane.

Close to dams for fishing, cycling tracks, rail trail, wineries etc.
