Mowing the lawn - once a month in the cooler months, but once a week when it gets warmer;

Garden is fairly low maintenance but needs someone to keep an eye on things if we have a dry spell;

We have a small dog (15yo) who might still be with us. She is very gentle and quiet, but likes a short walk a couple of times a day, and likes to have company;

No other dogs please;

Take our cars for a spin every now and again;

We have a boarder in a self-contained flat, but he largely keeps to himself;

Otherwise enjoy the beautiful Blue Mountains!
