we are looking for a house sitter/s to care for our home whilst we are away, no pets involved. We live in a very friendly street and as the time away is 2 1/2months we would like to have a house sitter during this time rather than rely on our family dropping in occasionally.

Double bedroom downstairs with TV connected to foxtel with separate bathroom. Currently there are two lounge areas the larger with TV with foxtel connection plus a dining room, back deck has a bbq plus television also connected to foxtel.

Upstairs two double bedrooms with own bathroom.

Three reverse cycle air conditioners, long driveway although we would be leaving one vehicle at the far end. House has solar panels which provides power during daylight hours plus gas central heating.

We live 10 minutes walk from two train stations on Cranbourne/Packenham line, 10 minutes walk from Koornang Road shopping centre and Carnegie Central Shopping Centre on Dandenong Road.
