We have a nice Home on 3 acres. We are on a hill overlooking Mt Wellington and its Range . Also Mt Dromedary and up the valley towards Mt Field. Its very quiet with large properties on either side.

We have a 17yr old pussy cat who spends most of her day and all night inside the house. She has been well looked after and we need house sitters who are going to genuinely care for her. That doesn't mean you have to stay home all the time, she is used to being left for the day.

I am also an art teacher and have a friend who is taking over my class whilst we are away. As my class is run from my studio at one end of the house, they will be accessing that every Tuesday from 10am till 1pm. As this is for 3mths we will need you to pay Electricity for that time. We had another couple booked to do this house sit but unfortunately due to family issues they have had to cancel so we have opened it up to new applicants. Hope to hear from you soon.
