All linen/bedding etc supplied, spacious kitchen-living room, separate double BR, walk-in bathroom. Suit single person, non-smoker, prefer with police check. Tasks include keeping an eye on the main house (no need to do anything inside), some gardening, collect mail, keep front garden tidy, occasionally pay attention to the next-door neighbour's cat who loves our garden, and enjoy the local area. Close to cafes, supermarket, all public transport, universities, shopping centres, 20 minutes to CBD by train. Very modest monthly cost of services (gas/electricity/water etc.)
