We are in Vincentia and have a 2 story house with double garage, a medium sized back yard, 2 hens and 1 dog "Charlie", a 10 year old shihatsu-maltese cross. Charlie needs to be taken for a walk each afternoon before he has his dinner. He is cuddly and likes a play now and then. The garden needs regular watering. The house is in a quiet street, it is solar powered and has an internal lift. And has views of Jervis Bay.
