Hi People,

I have availabel a 3 month period I can let someone stay in my house.

Dates the property is available from is the 10th Feb until the 10th of May 2025.

The house is a fully furnished 2 bedroom home. A 3rd room could be used as a bedroom

Electricity and water are included.

The house is in good working but old condition and soon to be partially refurbished. 1 room won't be able to be used as it will be storing the new kitchen and other refurb materials. Internal Refurb starts as soon as I return. External refurb is well underway. All tools, ladders and equipment will be secured in a locked shed.

Pets may be acceptable, however, definitely no cats (I'm allergic), or dogs that may chase or attack the sheep.

Heating is by 2 Wood heaters. Firewood is available.

The property is located in Fulham, 16km past Rosedale and 9km before Sale if travelling from Melbourne.

2 x Carport space will be available. Additional storage space may be made available in a shipping container if required

The property is a 5 acre Hobby farm with sheep. The property has 4 water troughs that need to be kept topped up. The troughs are all hose filled. I would anticipate 1-2 hours per week.

The lawns may need to be mown every few weeks using my Ride on Mower.

Emergency contacts will be my neighbor and a friend in the event of any major issues with the sheep, etc. There'll be no expectation to handle the sheep
