I live in a 2 bedroom modern apartment which consists of an open kitchen and dining room, lounge room, bathroom, laundry, a small deck with bbq, and table and chairs.

The garden is small with mainly potplants which can be watered daily in the summertime.

I live in a very quiet street, one minute walk to a nature reserve, 3 minute walk to a bus stop, and 2 minutes by car.

Albury is a beautiful place on the Murray River,and offers a delicious food scene, endless outdoor adventure and a thriving arts culture.

15 Minute drive we have the Hume Weir, which is popular for water skiers, tube riding, stand up paddle boarding, and wake boarding, fishing etc.

Lots of wineries are not far away in Rutherglen, Milawa, Wahgunyah and more.

The cinema, arts museum, lots of coffee shops and restaurants, retail shops, a club, botanical gardens are all in the main street.

The airport is a 10 minute drive, and the train station is right near the main street.

I have a 2 year old Birman cat who loves company, and cuddles. He likes being outdoors, but needs to be inside in the afternoon and night time.

I am flexible, and able to change the dates slightly.
