I am seeking a person(s) to look after my 7 year old Golden Retriever, Lucca, and maintain and keep my house tidy. My house is a 3 bedroom timber Settlers Cottage with 1.5 bathrooms in excellent condition. The house sleeps six with two double rooms downstairs and a twin in the upstairs loft with its own toilet and washbasin room. The lounge/dining has cathedral ceilings and a sunroom overlooking the private back garden. It has extensive decks, BBQ and hot tub. It is in a rural feeling, urban situation with a very private rainforest garden. It is no more than 2km from the beach and river and less than 1km from 2 shopping areas and cinema. There are 2 leash free dog parks: one at the beach and one on a causeway-linked island in the river. It is on the mid-coast of NSW and only 40km by freeway south of Coffs Harbour. There are heaps of water-based activities, walking, cycling, National Parks and sporting facilities including tennis, golf and lawn bowls nearby. The garden only has front lawns which are mowed by the neighbour. The only other work is clearing and cutting up palm fronds to put in the green bin, blowing the decks and watering some potplants
