We have a newly built spacious Studio apartment above a large garage. 20 steps, not very steep, not narrow. This is where a house-sitter (preferably a couple) would stay.

Very close by is our house which family and friends will use.

We do not have pets. We are looking for someone without their own pets.

We have a very large garden and lawns.

We would like someone to be on the premises most of the time.

To keep an eye on (inspect) the main house especially if no-one is using it for a week or more.

To do some gardening, though we hope to have our gardener do some maintenance too.

Our home is a 10 minute walk to town, but a longer uphill walk home!!!

Middle sized town with lots of places to eat and spend money.

Has a movie theatre. Lots of golf courses (we don't play).

Has train from town to Sydney 1.5-2hrs.
