We have 2 neutered mini Dachshunds

( 6 & 2 yrs old respectively) 118yr old cat and two bantams and some fish in tanks. We have a fully fenced half acre block 300 meters from the local boatramp which acesses a nice low tide dog beach.

Nearby are lots of off-leash beachs, usualy deserted.

The house has a modernised kitchen with dishwasher and rainwater tap as well as town water. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is an aditional shower and w/c in the laundry off the sheltered courtyard.

There is an undercover deck with spa and BBQ in the back garden.

We dont have a mower but watering of seedlings and garden beds with the bore is apreciated.
