I would like to request a house sitter to make sure lock all doors and windows when no one is at home, look after our pets and cherish them, keep cleaning the house, water plants and look after the yard, collect mails, take in and out bins on the bin days, cover the furniture on the deck in a stormy weather.

We have two female toy poodles and a cocktiel, so they need to be looked after while we are away. The dogs need to be fed twice a day and especially in summer they need a plenty of fresh water. They need to be released to the yard a couple of times a day. The cockatiel's food and water need to be replace or top up once a day.

The lawn need to be mowed (in summer every 2-3 weeks) and some plant pots on the deck need to be watered every 2 weeks.

Smoking, partying and inviting other people and your pets are not allowed in this house.
